Below is our UK delivery information. Please note however, that the information below is based on non-engraved products. If you require engraving this may delay the despatch of your purchase, dependant on the number of items requiring engraving that day. However, we will endeavour to keep the time for engraving to an absolute minimum.
We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £100 and a “charge for” service to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We aim to offer Fast Delivery to the most of the UK, however some areas such as Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey can be a 3-5 day service.
PLEASE NOTE – as our goods are high quality/value we require a signature on delivery of your order, so please have it delivered to an address where some-one is available to sign for the delivery. Thank you.
Where possible we aim to despatch within 24 hours via either our 24 hour Courier Service or Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded service. If your purchase is in stock and we receive your order by 9am we will endeavour if possible to despatch your order that day (excluding Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
Royal Mail’s First Class service however DOES NOT GUARANTEE next day delivery – if your order is urgent we recommend using “Next Day” delivery.

Next Day orders are despatched via our 24 hour Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery (the latter guarantees delivery by 1pm Next Day). Please check that you place your order by 09:00am to ensure your next day delivery is dispatched in time. If you place your order after 09:00 please call 0114 272 3518 and we will try to rush a purchase through for you manually up to around 12:00 noon..

For your security, your package must be signed for on delivery. If there is nobody at your delivery address to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave you a note and the parcel will be held for collection at your local delivery depot, post office or sorting office, subject to which service we are using. The parcel should be held for seven days before being returned to us.
