We accept payment by debit or credit card (via Stripe payments), PayPal or Apple Pay. We are sorry, but we cannot accept cash or postal orders.
On-line – All major credit or debit card payments are handled by the Stripe secure online payment gateway. You can also choose to pay via the Paypal secure payments service.
Off-line – We can also accept direct payment by BACS into our bank account – please ask for details. Personal and company cheques are acceptable made out to Chimo Holdings, but please be aware that cheques must clear our bank before your purchase can be despatched. For this methods of payment orders cannot be made on-line you will have on contact us directly by phone or e-mail with the name of the products(s) you wish to purchase.
Our returns policy is outlined, but, in a nutshell, we want you to be totally happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied for any reason you can return it for a refund…no quibbles…no questions asked. Instructions can be found on our Refunds & Returns page.
